Lovebirds

Its lovely when lovebirds call each other cute names,
Chirp chirp, as they flew together side by side freely in the skies.

Its lovely when you call me by cute names,
Chirp chirp, are we lovebirds?

Everyday you wake up you would try your best to gain my trust and win my heart.
Chirp chirp, are we lovebirds?

I dont have the right tractor to break my own walls for me to call you back with cute names,
Its too thick and strong,
Its easier to keep on building, rather than breaking.
Chirp chirp, so do you still think we could be lovebirds?

Everyday i wake up wishing you have given up on me,
Walking away as i breathe in the morning breeze,
With two drops of tears falling from each of my two pools of lies,
I would smile because you would be happier without me.
Chirp chirp, and i bid goodbye as you fly.
We are not going to be lovebirds.
